Usually, there are signs or symptoms of sleeping disorders that are already manifested or prevalent but are still neglected due to the fact that an individual lack information about the condition or is not the least aware of what these symptoms mean.

Some people also find that short-term use of over-the-counter sleep aids is helpful in temporarily easing sleep problems. Accepted insomnia may call for short-term treatment, but long-term use of sleep aids is not uncommon.
